Welcome to the Yoga with Piper digital studio! This online space is here to support you in finding more ease and presence in your day to day. Classes are accessible and focused on sustainable, integrative movements that support balancing your body, breath, and mind. There are three different class styles offered through this platform - Relaxing Yoga, Slow Flow, and Active Yoga. Within these styles, there are classes 20, 30, and 60 minutes in length that focus on different areas of the body. New classes are added every month.
